Can I buy online

Due to constantly changing stock you cannot buy off the website, all stock is sold from the outlet so it is best to come and see what we have.

 

Can I order over the phone?

We do not take orders over the phone, as we sell from the floor we like customers to see exactly what they are buying.

 

Do you deliver? Does this cost?

We do deliver, we use an outside courier delivery cost is dependant on the item and location from outlet. Our average delivery cost is £25.

 

Can I take the item home with me?

Yes, if you have a car/van big enough you can take your furniture home on the day you buy it. We suggest you have blankets and ropes to secure the furniture during transport and of course your muscles as we may need a little help getting it in to the vehicle. Before you ask we don’t come home with you to help unload!

 

How regularly do you get new furniture We get new furniture every week

 

Where do you get your stock from?

We get cancelled orders, end of lines and manufacturer over productions, working directly with the manufacturers to bring the furniture to you at great prices.

 

Can I order sofas in different colours/fabrics

The sofas cannot be ordered in different colours, what we have out is what we currently have available

 

Do you have any other outlets? No we only have the one outlet in Cheadle Hulme

 

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring we will do our utmost to resolve it. We do not refund if you simply change your mind or take the item away and they are not suitable.

 

What brands do we have? Legally we are not allowed to advertise or market the high street brands.
